The due date is the 15th (a week and a day) so he could come now or he could come a few weeks from now.
There have been a few fun things. Let me share those first.
Nathan is getting better and better at painting toe nails, mine that is.
Several of my friends have had dreams about me having the baby. None of them have been bad dreams so that's good!
Everyone is highly anticipating us revealing his name which is fun.
Our bags are completely packed and on Saturday our car seat was checked to make sure it was properly installed.
The Doctor has said I'm progressing which is good.
Everyone has been super caring and helpful.
So here's the not so fun part... I'm super exhausted! I'm getting a ton of sleep and rest yet I still feel exhausted. Yes, I work all day but when I come home I take a nap, eat dinner, read and then head to bead at about 9. So, I'm sleeping a lot but I still feel extremely tired.
I think I'm now ready for a change. I think now it's just hard to be tired and working. I'm looking forward to 12 weeks of maternity leave. We are fully aware that kids take a lot of energy so 12 weeks will probably not be long enough but at least I get that. My leave starts on Friday so I hope he doesn't come too late, that way I get the whole 12 weeks with him.
Please pray for a safe delivery and a healthy baby boy. Also, we would really prefer that he come on his own and that I don't have to be induced so please pray for that as well.
